Bible and History Welcoming

Welcome to Bible and History! Here, we will talk about how history interacts with the Bible. This is kind of like a corresponding sibling to Bible and Science. We will also talk about how archeology goes with the Bible. This is gonna be fun! History can be fun. We will talk about facts and artifacts that show that the Bible is true.

The Flood

The Flood is a nice story from the very true Bible that teaches us to always obey God, even if it seems crazy. There is also a lot of evidence that it happened. For example, on the top of Mount Everest (one of the biggest mountains known in the world) people have found shells and fish remains. Now how would they have  gotten there? The Bible tells us about the Great Flood, which covered the tops of the mountains, like Mt. Everest! Also, we believe that the Grand Canyon was carved by the rushing waters and that the Bible's description of the Ark show that the design would help it stay afloat during storms.
